Pool chemistry, calculated.

Type in your pool test readings and PoolLevels tells you what the water is doing and the one thing to add. Most pool apps hand you a wall of numbers and a red or green face. PoolLevels computes the saturation index the way a water chemist would, says whether the water is corrosive, balanced or scaling, and gives you a single dose sized for your pool, with the arithmetic printed underneath so you can check it yourself.
The chemistry is the real thing: the saturation index from pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid and water temperature, with the cyanurate correction most calculators leave out. Every dose comes with safe handling on the recommendation itself: half first with the pump running, circulate, retest, then the rest.
It will not guess. Leave out calcium hardness or cyanuric acid and it says so rather than assuming a number. And it will not track you: no account, no sign-in, no advertising.
Carbonate chemistry with activity coefficients and the cyanurate correction, from five readings and the water temperature.
Not a list of six chemicals. One dose, sized for your pool's gallons, rounded to something you can measure.
Every recommendation prints the arithmetic that produced it, so the number is checkable.
Half first with the pump running, never mix chemicals, always acid into water. On the dose, not in a help page.
Photograph a strip and the app reads each pad against the bottle's chart. Readings from a photo are labelled, and uncertain pads are marked.
Every reading you save, with its date, so you can see whether last month's dose did anything.
Type the store's numbers in and see the index and the dose, with the math, before you buy what the counter recommends.
Dip a strip, photograph it, and get one thing to add and how to add it safely.
Compare today's reading with the one before the dose and see whether it actually moved.
PoolLevels is published by ALSTIG INC, founded by Ben Mouton, who spent 36 years in restaurants, 14 owning his own, before selling Mouton's Bistro & Bar in 2026 to build software full time. The restaurant apps came from that run. PoolLevels is built the same way: for the person who does the work and runs the business from the same truck, priced plainly, with no contracts.
